GRYCON is managed and guided by a group of seasoned construction professionals.

The core of the Executive Committee has been working as a “Team” for over 15 years. The majority of the Executive Committee has a leadership presence in the South Florida construction market in excess of 20 years.

Because of this long term relationship with each other, and the local construction industry, the Executive Committee has the foresight to attract and retain highly qualified professionals to the organization by fostering a corporate culture committed to teamwork and “doing it right”. Additionally, GRYCON provides all its employees with the latest technology, training and organizational systems available to insure that we exceed our clients’ needs and expectations.

Calvin has over 25 years of construction experience including 19 years of South Florida construction experience in commercial, educational, public and high-rise residential construction projects. Calvin oversees all preconstruction services, estimating and contract buy-out. Calvin serves on GRYCON’s Executive Committee.
