GRYCON is managed and guided by a group of seasoned construction professionals.

The core of the Executive Committee has been working as a “Team” for over 15 years. The majority of the Executive Committee has a leadership presence in the South Florida construction market in excess of 20 years.

Because of this long term relationship with each other, and the local construction industry, the Executive Committee has the foresight to attract and retain highly qualified professionals to the organization by fostering a corporate culture committed to teamwork and “doing it right”. Eric Montes de Oca has over 19 years of South Florida construction experience in commercial and residential high-rise construction projects. Eric graduated from Florida International University in Miami, FL with a Construction Management degree in 1995. He currently serves GRYCON as Vice President and Senior Project Manager over seeing multiple and complex large scale projects.
