GRYCON is managed and guided by a group of seasoned construction professionals.

The core of the Executive Committee has been working as a “Team” for over 15 years. The majority of the Executive Committee has a leadership presence in the South Florida construction market in excess of 20 years.

Because of this long term relationship with each other, and the local construction industry, the Executive Committee has the foresight to attract and retain highly qualified professionals to the organization by fostering a corporate culture committed to teamwork and “doing it right”. Additionally, GRYCON provides all its employees with the latest technology, training and organizational systems available to insure that we exceed our clients’ needs and expectations.

Larry Kibler has over 35 years of South Florida construction experience in commercial and high-rise residential construction projects. Larry graduated from The University of Florida with a Bachelors degree in Building Construction in 1975. Larry owned and operated Miller & Solomon General Contractors, Inc. for 19 years. He opened Gryphon Construction, LLC in 2004 which is considered one of South Florida’s premier general contractors. In 2008 he established GRYCON, LLC to tackle an ever changing South Florida construction marketplace. He has been involved with a multitude of complex construction projects including high-rise residential, office headquarters, retail and educational facilities.

Larry has full responsibility for all construction activities performed by GRYCON. Larry oversees project estimating, contract negotiation, subcontractor procurement and is “hands on” during the entire construction operation. Larry is a Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida.
